A 12% Buyers Premium is charged on all purchases. Inventory is not owned by Building Materials Outlet MN, Inc. - the 12% Buyers Premium is added to cover the costs incurred by Building Materials Outlet MN, Inc. to be able to offer products at below retail prices.
RETURN POLICY:
All merchandise is sold as is. All sales are final - no warranties, exchanges or returns. Please inspect your merchandise selections carefully. Acknowledgement of our No-Return policy will be required at checkout.
